If you reach out to us before we ship the product we will do our best to assist you but generally we are unable to fulfill such requests.
We collaborate with Shopify to offer Shopify Secure Payment that keeps payment info and business data safe.Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts.
After checkout we will send out a confirmation email and as soon as we ship the order you will receive a tracking number.
Sales tax and subsequent sales tax rates are determined by the location of where the client takes receives the merchandise (retail location purchased or requested delivery address) and taxability of the item(s) purchased. Orders are subject to applicable sales tax in all US states (excl. Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, North/South Dakota, Oregon, and West Virginia).
To redeem a special offer, enter your promo code during checkout. *Some offers will be automatically applied to your cart. After entering the offer code, adjustments will be made to eligible orders. Shipping
We do our best to ensure that all orders placed before 12:00pm PST with a valid credit card will be shipped out same-day or the next business day.
Delivery time on average is 3-5 days.
No, we do not offer local pickup. However, do be on the lookout for our pop-ups and events!
Yes, however we are not able to provide free shipping to international orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout and the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Also please note that all international orders are considered final sale.

Returns & Exchanges
In order to return or exchange an item:
1. Email our customer service help@solgoatelier.com to receive a return confirmation.
2. Once you receive our confirmation, ship your item back using the address provided.
3. All items must have their original hangtags attached and be in their original packaging.
4. The full refund will be issued once our team receives and inspects the item.

No, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Yes, you can return an item purchased with a promotion code, provided the item was not Final Sale.
No, all orders shipped outside the continental United States are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.
