All orders will be shipped via Fedex and USPS, unless specified otherwise.

Other shipping options include: UPS NEXT DAY, UPS 2 DAY, UPS 3 DAY, UPS
GROUND COLLECT (Recipients account), FedEx (Recipients account only) and DELIVERY to local freight forwarders only.

Please note that charges for UPS NEXT DAY, UPS 2 DAY and UPS 3 DAY are more costly. If you are unsure about a shipping method, please contact us at: help@solgoatelier.com and we will gladly assist you.

All Shipments must be made to a valid address. PO Boxes and internal addresses (excluding Canada) are invalid. Customers are held responsible for paying all duties, taxes, custom fees and other fees for their merchandise. Duties on goods can vary widely depending on the product and the country in which it was manufactured. Your local Post office or carrier can give you more information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

We do our best to ensure that all orders placed before 12:00pm PST with a valid credit card will be shipped out same-day or the next business day.

If your credit card is declined, your order will be shipped only when payment is cleared.If your payment is not processed in a timely manner, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
