Return & Exchange Policy

If you don't love your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date for a new size/style or a refund back onto your original form of payment—minus a $10 restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and checked back into our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you'll receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment.

All orders shipped outside the continental United States are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

PROCESS
In order to return or exchange an item:
1. Email our customer service help@solgoatelier.com to receive a return confirmation.
2. Once you receive our confirmation, ship your item back using the address provided.
3. All items must have their original hangtags attached and be in their original packaging.
4. The full refund will be issued once our team receives and inspects the item. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy. We do not pay for the return shipping on the items that are being returned.

If you are shipping an item over $150, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
If your order is lost or stolen, please notify our customer service team within 30 days of estimated delivery date to receive a replacement or refund. If you notify our team after the 30-day time frame, we will still be able to assist you but will be unable to replace or refund your order.
