Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging.

Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

PROCESS
In order to return or exchange an item:
1. Email our customer service help@solgoatelier.com to receive a return confirmation.
2. Once you receive our confirmation, ship your item back using the address provided.
3. All items must have their original hangtags attached and be in their original packaging.
4. The full refund will be issued once our team receives and inspects the item. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy. We do not pay for the return shipping on the items that are being returned.

If you are shipping an item over $150, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
If your order is lost or stolen, please notify our customer service team within 30 days of estimated delivery date to receive a replacement or refund. If you notify our team after the 30-day time frame, we will still be able to assist you but will be unable to replace or refund your order.
